Everything Leeds Appliances sell is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. So long as the appliance is unused and in its original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, Leeds Appliances will give you a refund on the appliance and the delivery charge, however, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred. If you'd like to return something Leeds Appliances delivered, just call us on 0113 3936688 or alternatively visit our contact page and we'll collect it. Please retain your order confirmation number. If an appliance is excluded from our 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason, it is clearly marked by a † next to the product name on the Leeds Appliances website. Product installation services already commenced are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee. Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
If there's a fault with the product... Send it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase, Leeds Appliances will arrange a replacement to be sent to you, or alternatively a refund. There will be no additional delivery charges. If you've had the product for up to 1 year,you will need to contact the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When ordering Fluorescent tubes and fittings please measure carefully the length of the tube from pin to pin and also tube length. Any items ordered incorrectly will be subject to the 20% restocking fee, and no postage will be refunded.
